I will only ship sticker/print only orders to UK/EU customers through this shop, if you're interested in keychains/pins, please order through my Etsy store

GENERAL INFO

✦ Update 22 Feb 2022 ✦ 
All orders being shipped from today onwards are through Australia Post. If have not recieved your order through SA Airmail, please allow up to 3 months from ship date for delivery before contacting me. I have the same exact tracking information as you do, and won't be able to provide much information on its whereabouts.

Shipping Cost 

We charge flat rate shipping on all orders. Please note that if you purchase an excessive amount (10+ pins/acrylic charms) you may incur extra charges due to the weight (in which case you will be contacted by me before the order is processed). 

Please consult the below tables for the costs of each shipping origin.

Shipping through AUSTRALIA POST. (prices in USD) 

*Delivery times are a rough estimate please consult here for each country. 

✧ Any order containing either an enamel pin/acrylic charm is considered a STANDARD PARCEL

✧ IMPORTANT:
✲ All sticker/print-only orders shipping costs by default are UNTRACKED
✲ Parcel orders with acrylics/pins by default are UNTRACKED for NZ
✲ Parcel orders with acrylics/pins by default are TRACKED for everywhere else

If you are worried about lost mail and would like tracking/express upgrades please add the product to your cart. 

✧ Sticker+Print only orders are more economical untracked, Australia Post also has a reliable reputation so the odds of your order getting lost are very low, but do expect delays from time to time. 

✧ Once a package is shipped, it is out of my control. If you did not select a tracking upgrade, there's not much I can do for you. Likewise with tracked orders: I have the exact same tracking information as what is provided to you. I recommend contacting your local postal office for package status updates. 

If you'd like your order replaced I'm happy to discuss with you depending on the situation, but as a standard I ask that the customer covers the cost of re-shipping. 

 
✧ Please note that even though your package is tracked, there is still a chance it can be lost as postal services differ from country to country (although this is extremely rare) Please be aware that this store will not be held liable for any lost mail due to the nature of this service. If you are concerned, please contact me for quotes for DHL/Fedex couriers. (Recommended for big orders of $100+) 

✧ Shipping insurance is not included for orders going through Aus Post. 


Service/Delivery Disruptions

Processing

Orders are accumulated and shipped in bulk to reduce trips to the Post Office. I ship once every week on Monday. Your estimated dispatch time is 1-2 weeks. I am happy to update you on the stage your order is in!

If a pre-order item is in your order, the entire order will ship together based on pre-order dispatch date listed on the product page.

Changes 

If you require any changes to your order/shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible, there is nothing I can do once the order is dispatched. Orders are typically prepared over the weekend.

Order Merges 

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order numbers to merge orders and save on shipping costs. Orders cannot be merged once they're already packed.

Customs

Buyers will shoulder any customs/VAT/import taxes required upon receiving the items. This store will not refund any shipping fees for packages returned due to unpaid custom fees. 

Please make sure your address, contact number, and any important information is correct and complete. Buyers will shoulder any shipping and return costs if orders are returned or abandoned due to incorrect/incomplete address. 

I, as the seller/store, cannot be responsible for packages misplaced or lost by courier services. Delivery issues should be reported to your local courier service.
