Q: WHAT IS YOUR SHOP'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

  •  All sales are final, I do not accept returns or exchanges. 
  • Please read product descriptions for sizing and specifications carefully before purchasing.
  • If I made a mistake on your order please contact me through email ([email protected]) and provide your order number and photos so we can find a solution! 
  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order (or before order is marked as fulfilled, whichever is sooner). Orders with preorder items can be revised as long as the order has not been packed yet.
  • Any transaction fees as a result of a refund and/or cancellation will be shouldered by buyer.

PLEASE NOTE: Colours may appear differently on screen compared to the physical product so please keep that in mind when ordering!

Q: MY PACKAGE IS LOST/DAMAGED/BEEN RETURNED TO SENDER. 

  •  I cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged goods. All products are packaged properly with materials like padded bubble mailers, tissue paper, cardstock backing to ensure they arrive safely. Once I send it off it is out of my hands. The postal service in my country does not cover insurance for packages of lower value so please use it at your own discretion. 
  • Most shipments don't encounter these problems, but if you are wary, please choose the courier option. It is more expensive but will guarantee your package arrives and in a timely manner. (Please note the item values will need to be declared and you may be subject to customs fees)
  • If your order is returned to me due to failed delivery/incorrect address, you are eligible to be refunded the order amount minus the cost of shipping (outwards and inwards) plus any other costs incurred to facilitate the return (such as customs). PLEASE NOTE: Any transaction fees for these refunds are shouldered by the buyer. 
  • If you are requesting a resend, you will have to cover the shipping fee.
  • If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact me as soon as possible at ([email protected]) or dm on twitter with your order number if you notice a mistake in your address.

Q: I PLACED TWO SEPARATE ORDERS. CAN I COMBINE THEM?

If you have not yet placed the order please email me at [email protected] so I can provide you with a freeshipping code for the second order. 

If you have already placed the order please email me as soon as possible with both order numbers. I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been shipped this won't be possible. 

Q: HOW DO PREORDERS WORK? 

  • Preorders are a way for me to first gather funds for production and estimate interest on new products. Preorders, as the name suggests, work in such a way that, once the customer has placed the order, I will send them to the manufacturer for production, so this type of order usually takes longer than a stock order. Please keep this in mind!
  • The way this differs from in stock items is that these can run out of stock faster than I anticipated while a pre-order item will guarantee you can get a copy of that item.
  • The finished product may be slightly different that pre-order graphics, but should have no significant changes.
  • If you have placed an order that contains preoder items, the order will be shipped when I have all the products in hand.

Q: WHY HAS AN ITEM THAT WAS IN STOCK A WHILE AGO BECOME A PRE-ORDER ITEM?

This means that I have likely run out of stock for this item and will need to restock it in a future shop update. You can either choose to purchase a pre-order to guarantee it when it is restocked or wait for it to be in stock again and then make your purchase. Please note restocking times are dependent on demand so these can vary. 



Q: WHEN WILL MERCH BE AVAILABLE FOR [X] DESIGN? 

I have decided to split my Genshin Teapot series into volumes to facilitate for shop updates and batch production, as I cannot have merch produced as soon as one design is done. 

Vol1: Mona, Hu Tao. Kazuha, Zhongli, Raiden, Yoimiya, Venti, Xiao, Ayaka are currently available as stickers, prints (in stock) and charms, enamel pins (preorder) 

*Albedo stickers are available for preorder currently. 

Vol 2: ongoing & includes [complete] Albedo, Durin, Kokomi, Shenhe, [incomplete] Ganyu, Keqing, Itto, Yae Miko)

Prints are available once artwork is posted to social media. All other merch (stickers, charms) will go up for preorder after the completion of Vol 2 only (eta March/April '22). If you're wanting to combine vol 2 merch with a current vol 1 order please DM/email me ASAP to query about wait times etc.

-Pin designs will be determined by a poll system for most popular designs. 



Q: WHY AREN'T ALL YOUR TEAPOTS AVAILABLE AS PINS? 

Pins can be expensive to produce and I can't afford to have them in production if only a few people are interested in one particular design. I typically run a poll before planning for a shop update to see which designs are most popular. Currently Kickstarter does not work in my country, if one day I can get one going then I can consider getting all the designs made! 



Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS STOREFRONT AND YOUR ETSY STORE?

Items this store will be slightly cheaper than my Etsy shop as I don't have to pay the expensive Etsy fees here. There will also be more discounts available here. My Etsy store is mainly set up for UK/EU customers to buy merch that are not stickers or prints in conjunction with their new VAT laws. 

Q: I SAW YOUR DESIGNS ON ANOTHER SHOP/ETSY/ALIEEXPRESS 

I would really appreciate it if you can send me the links to those listings so I can properly file a report against them. I do not authorize anyone to use/sell my designs under any circumstances.
